Summary
Join us for an adventurous hike on a scenic route in Slovak Paradise with the focus being on safe hiking. Disconnect from your routine and reconnect with nature! Go on a hike with an expert guide and experience a fun and safe adventure that brings like-minded people together. Not only will you experience beautiful scenery, but you’ll also get to experience a social activity where you can meet new friends and build real relationships.
Discover the beauty of the Slovak Paradise, one of the richest national parks in Slovakia, thanks to its unique natural and geological treasures. The Roklina Piecky is another of the many beautiful gorges of the Slovak Paradise. It is one of the quieter and more peaceful gorges. Of course, there are waterfalls, ladders and wooden footbridges, which are a great attraction for tourists. The yellow hiking trail leads through the Roklina Piecky and is passable only in one direction – upstream of the stream. First, we will see a 13-metre high ladder, which is the longest iron ladder in the whole Slovak Paradise. With the help of this ladder you will cross the first of the waterfalls – the Great Waterfall. While crossing the gorge, you will find two more waterfalls – Cascade and Terrace Waterfall. Both waterfalls are crossed by two more iron ladders.
The core of this program is to inspire participants to embrace a more active and conscious lifestyle by unlocking new experiences, while also looking out for each other and themselves in a hiking environment. Therefore participants will have to attend a preparatory meeting to ensure everyone comes prepared and knows how to safely hike.
Join us – nature and good company are waiting for you!
